Esme says she went to Kelly's to look for Cameron but left when she saw them because she thought Felicia would continue to lie and pressure her; Esme again says that Felicia just wants to help Spencer; Felicia once more tells her not to put words in her mouth; Felicia tells her about Maxie's transplant and how scary it was; Esme says that Felicia isn't there for her so she should go home to Maxie; Felicia says Esme is pushing people away because of her insecurities and it won't help her at all; Felicia says she a lot about Esme and that she's there for her; Esme tells her to stop pressuring her about Spencer because she's really scared for Ace; Felicia says she can tell that she's scared; Esme says she doesn't want to talk about Spencer and asks if Felicia is there for him or her; Felicia says again that she's there for Esme; Felicia makes small talk and asks what Esme likes to do; Esme says she likes being Ace's mommy, Cameron's girlfriend, and she likes skiing; Felicia asks her about her relationship with Cameron; Esme says she's been saving up money to leave town with Ace but now she wants to stay because of Cameron; Esme says that Elizabeth will only allow her and Ace to stay for a couple nights and will probably have to go to a hotel; Felicia says if she can't stay at Elizabeth's then maybe they can go back to the Collins' house or they could even stay with Felicia and Mac; Esme says she doesn't want to live with Kevin, Laura, and Spencer, and says Mac and Felicia probably want to take Ace from her too; Felicia says neither she nor Mac would take Ace from her.

Esme looks over and realizes Cameron is gone; Spencer goes over to Felicia, Esme, and Ace; Felicia tells Esme she should focus on Ace and not Spencer; Britt comes back out and takes them to a room; Esme only agrees to Spencer coming if Felicia can come too; Britt checks Ace over and says she wants to do some blood tests; Britt says she'll put a rush on the results and sends it off to the lab; Esme leaves the room to take Ace for a walk; Felicia tells Spencer that Emma and her family are back in town.

After the blood transfusion, Diane arrives at the hospital with a court order saying Spencer can have unsupervised visits with Ace at anytime; Esme tells a sleeping Ace that she won't let Spencer or any of the Cassadines near him; she tells Ace she can't let anyone know that she's getting her memory back or they'll take him from her; she also tells him that Felicia thinks she might be her mother; Esme says she really wants Felicia to be her mother but she's afraid that the DNA results will say that Felicia isn't her mother and that she won't come around them anymore; she says at least she knows Heather loves her in a creepy way but doesn't seem overly happy about that; Diane and Spencer walk in and tell her about the court order; Esme panics and says she won't let him take him; Esme finally agrees he can stay but she won't leave him alone with him; Spencer is fine with her staying but he's staying too; Diane notices Esme rubbing her temples and looking at Diane strangely so she suspects Esme is remembering her; Diane wants to talk to Esme outside, so Esme finally lets Spencer have some alone time with Ace.
