Esme’s Trial Itinerary


Part 1- Everyone arrives except Maxie (Nora, Esme, Felicia, Mac, Robin, Cody, Margaux, Cam, Allison, Elizabeth, Joss, Dex, Carly, Spencer, Trina, Ava, judge)


Part 2- Joss testifies (Only lawyers, Joss, and judge speaking. Reactions at times from Carly, Dex, Esme, Cam, Spencer, Trina)


Part 3- Trina testifies (Only lawyers, Trina, and judge speaking. Reactions at times from Spencer, Esme, Cam, Joss)


Part 4- Spencer testifies (Only lawyers, Spencer, and judge speaking. Reactions at times from Trina, Esme, Cam, Joss)


Part 5- Cam testifies (Only lawyers, Cam, and judge speaking. Reactions at times from Elizabeth, Allison, Esme, Spencer, Trina, Joss)


Part 6- Felicia as Esme’s character witness (Only lawyers, Felicia, and judge speaking. Reactions at times from Esme, Mac, Cam, Spencer, Trina, Joss) **Might move this to after Maxie arrives so she can hear it too**


Part 7- Maxie arrives and confronts Esme about having her memories possibly in the bathroom, hallway, or an empty room. Felicia walks in just as Maxie blurts out that Esme is a product of rape. Esme rushes back to the courtroom upset. Felicia and Maxie have a tense follow-up conversation before they also head back to the courtroom. Felicia tries to talk to Esme quickly but doesn’t get a chance before the trial starts back up. (Maxie, Esme, Felicia only in this scene)


Part 8- Recording is played and Esme testifies (Only lawyers, Esme, and judge speaking. Reactions from Felicia, Maxie, Mac, Cody, Robin, Cam, Allison, Spencer, Trina, Joss, Ava, or anyone who wants to)


Part 9- Esme is sentenced (No one speaks until after the judge speaks. Reactions from everyone.)


Part 10- Felicia tries to talk to Esme again, but only has a few seconds. (Felicia, Esme, Mac, Cody, Maxie, Robin, and maybe some onlookers.) Esme is taken away and Felicia breaks down to Mac.


Part 11- Elizabeth and Cam are talking possibly in the hallways. Mac and Felicia pass them and Felicia lashes out at Cam. (thinking Mac, Felicia, Elizabeth, Cam only in this scene to keep it simple)
